INTERA

Intera is a coliving–cohousing development organized across 14 lots on a sloping 60,000 m² site in Çamtepe, Narlıdere. The project integrates four housing types within a terraced layout shaped by the natural topography. Shared courtyards, circulation paths, and communal terraces form a social spine that supports interaction while preserving individual privacy. Intera proposes a landscape-responsive and community-oriented model of contemporary collective living.
